• Conduct Business Blueprint sessions and produce related documentation, including configuration settings, functional specifications, unit testing, and integration testing scripts based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to create functional specifications and test key components such as forms, reports, interfaces, data conversions, enhancements, and workflows.
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Define requirements for integration with third-party software solutions.
• Prepare user training materials and documentation.
• Deliver high-quality outcomes within established project timelines.
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, support, and maintenance projects.
• Deliver SAP training sessions using official SAP Education materials.
• Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets as part of ongoing support.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in at least 5 full-cycle SAP implementation projects or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
• Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
