• Facilitate Business Blueprint sessions and prepare associated documentation, including configuration settings, functional specifications, and unit/integration testing scripts aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with developers to produce functional specifications and test key elements such as forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and workflows.
• Ensure effective integration with other SAP modules.
• Work with stakeholders to define and document requirements for integration with third-party software systems.
• Create training materials and documentation for key users.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality deliverables in line with project schedules.
• Contribute to SAP implementation, rollout, support, and maintenance initiatives.
• Conduct SAP training sessions using official SAP Education materials.
• Provide day-to-day support by addressing and resolving helpdesk tickets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• At least 8 years of experience in the design and configuration of SAP MM modules.
• Involvement in a minimum of 5 full-cycle SAP implementation projects or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori implementations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
• Prior experience in professional services or distribution sectors.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes from a customer’s perspective.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Results-driven with a proactive, adaptable, and resourceful attitude.
• Energetic, outgoing personality with a positive mindset and excellent team collaboration skills.
• Persistent and willing to put in extra effort to meet deadlines when needed.
• Capable of building immediate rapport with colleagues and understanding business and customer needs in depth.
• Able to clearly and effectively communicate requirements and decisions.
• Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving with a balanced approach to individual, client, and organizational needs.
