Senior Ruby Developer

• Collaborate with the project coordinator, clients, and team members to analyze and clarify project requirements.
• Lead the design and architecture of source code structures for scalable, efficient systems.
• Create well-structured databases, taking both functional and non-functional requirements into account.
• Develop and maintain high-performance, advanced applications.
• Occasionally handle CI configuration and manage deployment to development, staging, and production environments.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, principles, and best practices throughout each project.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in full-stack Ruby on Rails development.
• Demonstrated success in building complex Rails applications that integrate with various third-party services.
• Strong proficiency in relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, and SQL.
• Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with deploying web applications in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Proficient in CI/CD tools and practices.
• Knowledgeable in Linux environments with basic Linux administration skills.
• Exposure to AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and ECS.
• Proficient in Git, following the Gitflow workflow.
• Upper intermediate English proficiency (B2 level; equivalent to IELTS 5, TOEFL iBT 35, or TOEIC 600).

• Salary is adjusted twice a year, based on performance reviews.
