Senior QC Engineer

• Collaborates with teams of engineers and product specialists to ensure customer and division quality requirements are met;
• Develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality;
• Design and implement tests, debug and define corrective actions; review system requirements, and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts.)
• Identifies the root cause of quality problems, and coordinates modifications or other corrective actions;
• Offers technical guidance and support in response to quality testing and analysis
• Setup test environment, execution, and report to the scrum team;
• Log defects during the test execution phase;
• Monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system functions to meet quality standards;
• Manage Release Plan;
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 4+ years working in software quality control
• Expert in testing web applications, mobile applications, websites, and API.
• Expert in analyzing specification requirements, and developing and performing test plans, test
• cases, and test reports.
• Experience with relational database concepts and SQL queries.
• Expertise in Tests and quality in agile method.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Working knowledge of test management software.
• Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn the company’s quality control system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Nice to have:

• Proficient in Automation testing and automated testing tools.
• Experience in performance and/or security testing
• Good knowledge of Technical knowledge of web (JS, CSS, debugging tools, etc.) and applications (Android Studio, etc.).
