Senior QA Engineer

• Participate in the review of project requirements to understand test objectives, to provide input on the testability of requirements and estimation for the testing activities;
• Work closely with engineers, BA and PM, CTO to the high-performing project;
• Train and coach QA engineers and ensure they have a great onboarding experience;
• Provide training and mentoring to test automation engineers. This includes conducting code reviews, training test automation engineers on new coding and testing methodologies, guidelines, and best practices;
• Liaise with QA team and leads for overall end-to-end testing plan and ensure quality releases from UAT to Production;
• Loading test, security testing.

• University level with a bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalence;
• 2-3 years in QA/Testing websites, or mobile applications & 1+ year experience in automation test;
• Good knowledge of software testing methodologies, automated testing tools, and processes;
• Experience in using the different testing technique in the test design for manual and automation test;
• Experience in leading a team & working with agile/scrum methodology;
• Good knowledge about performance testing and security testing;

Nice to have:

• ISTQB/ISEB Certificate or equivalence.
• Good knowledge of SCM tools including Git, subversion.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to communicate English well
