Mô tả công việc
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design comprehensive test strategies and test plans
- Perform manual and automated testing across web and mobile platforms
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Pytest)
- Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or automated approaches
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Lead and perform different types of testing: functional, regression, integration, usability, performance, and security
- Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools (JIRA, Redmine), ensuring timely resolution
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Provide clear test reports, quality metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2+ years in test automation
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA best practices
- Hands-on experience writing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test automation suites
- Proficiency in one or more test automation frameworks/tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Pytest, JUnit, TestNG)
- Experience with API testing (manual + automated)
- Solid knowledge of SQL for test data validation
- Strong English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing) to collaborate effectively in international teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust, Gatling)
- Knowledge of security testing concepts and tools
- Familiarity with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
