Requirements:

Must have

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Proficient communication skills in Japanese (~N2 level & above).
• Basic English communication and explanation skills (a high TOEIC score is not necessary).
• Ability to create System Design Documents, Development, and Testing Plans is a plus.
• Ability to plan and propose ideas to the Project Team, PM/Product Owner/Clients.

Nice to have:

• Starting a new project from the requirements gathering phase.
• Conducting testing (Integration Test).
• Working with DevOps/Agile as the standard approach.
• Providing training for Assistant/Junior BPM.
