Senior Product Owner (TMS)

• Collaborate with business and operations departments to gather requirements and design features related to shipment coordination, routing, drivers, warehouses, and vehicles.
• Analyze current operational workflows and propose digital transformation into product solutions.
• Oversee the entire TMS product development lifecycle: from analysis → development → testing → UAT → go-live.
• Work closely with UX and Implementation Consultants to ensure the designed solution aligns with the real usage of drivers, operation center staff, and internal customers.
• Act as the bridge between Tech – Product – Operations to ensure requirements are implemented on schedule and logically.
• Proactively conduct site visits to warehouses, transit hubs, and delivery routes to understand actual operations.
• Participate in configuring dashboards, reporting systems, and logic rules.
• Take responsibility for the quality, usability, and operational efficiency of the TMS system under your ownership.

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role.
• At least 3 years of experience in developing or operating TMS, WMS, or internal logistics operation management platforms. Experience in logistics, transportation, or delivery companies is a strong advantage.

Professional Skills

• Strong business analysis skills in logistics and supply chain operations.
• Proficient in R&D and clearly writing various product documentation such as PRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Knowledgeable about data modeling, goods flow logic, routing, vehicle and fleet management.
• Familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Trello.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Operations, Business Development, and IT to manage implementation timelines.
• Preferred candidates with experience in Value Stream Mapping, BPMN, or hands-on operational site assessments.

Education

• Bachelor's degree from a formal university program, preferably in Logistics, System Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or Economics.
