Participate in the design, construction and administration of the company's data system, reporting system and dashboards.
Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner.
Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and shareholder throughout the project.
Work closely with PM, Development, BA and QC team to ensure acceptance criteria and enhance product quality.
Work closely with PM and BA to ensure products meet quality and time requirements.
Work closely with related departments to ensure products meet business needs as well as market orientation.
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities.
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.

Bachelor’s degree IT, Finance or related field.
Previous working experience as a Product Owner or others related to Stock Market and Securities Companies for 04 years.
Understanding of securities products, business model in the securities industry.
Understanding of software development process.
Understanding of software project management process.
Understanding User Experience.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills for organization & time management.
Communication and person interaction.
Documentation skill set – requirements engineering, GAP analysis, business process analysis, modeling techniques, facilitation techniques.
Product Manager Tools: Product Roadmap, Project Management, Wire Framing, Analytics, User flow, Jira.
