• Oversee the entire software development process, from gathering requirements and designing solutions to development, quality assurance, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring top-tier, customer-oriented outcomes.
• Create and optimize highly scalable backend endpoints, focusing on performance, scalability, and stability across intricate systems.
• Develop and sustain complex, high-performing web services and software systems that enhance customer metrics.
• Guide team members by sharing knowledge, conducting code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and advocating for best practices.
• Set and uphold technical standards within the company, especially during third-party collaborations, ensuring compliance and high quality.
• Proactively identify, address, and resolve system issues, technological risks, and opportunities for system improvements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and priorities, ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Enhance system functionality, improve performance, and maintain system quality.
• Continuously update knowledge on relevant technologies and industry trends to improve system design and features.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for software, processes, and designs for future use and reporting purposes.
• Prepare and deliver reports according to company guidelines, keeping stakeholders informed about project progress and system performance.

Job requirements:

• Strong expertise in PHP, particularly with the CodeIgniter and Laravel frameworks.
• Skilled in JavaScript frameworks like React JS, Next JS, and Vue.
• Experience with code hosting platforms and version control systems, such as GitHub and Bitbucket.
• Proficient in advanced MySQL, MongoDB, and performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with cache servers such as Redis and Memcache.
• Experience with Docker, AWS, and other cloud computing platforms.
• At least 7-8 years of experience working as a PHP Developer.
• Understanding of automation, deployment, and Infrastructure as Code practices using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• In-depth knowledge of the application development lifecycle, from conceptualization and planning to documentation and leading large-scale projects.
• Expertise in identifying and resolving production issues.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Jira, and Slack is a plus.
