Senior .NET Developer

• Develop and steer the architectural strategy for product development, ensuring it adheres to industry standards and is scalable for the future.
• Lead the creation of new features and systems by translating high-level requirements into detailed technical specs.
• Propose and evaluate new feature ideas, considering their feasibility and impact on the product roadmap.
• Build prototypes and investigate emerging technologies to keep the product at the forefront of innovation.
• Remain actively involved in coding, testing, and deployment to maintain architectural integrity.
• Work closely with Product Management and other departments to align on technical requirements and feature designs.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and engage in architectural decision-making within the company.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of software development experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating architectural and design expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficient in creating structured, well-tested code in C# and other relevant technologies, with experience in web and API development in .NET, and knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience working at product companies.
• Experience in SDK design and development, building scalable APIs, frameworks, and libraries.
• Proven track record of technical innovation and leadership, including community involvement or thought leadership.
• Excellent command of English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Adept at designing and implementing solutions to complex problems independently.

Preferred/Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of agile software development methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub).
• Ability to work abstractly and with an object-oriented design mindset.
• Strong problem-solving, testing, and debugging skills.
• Commitment to meeting deadlines and contributing to team goals.
• Experience in delivering software products across multiple platforms and devices.
• Passion for continuous improvement and active participation in knowledge sharing within the technical community.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience in contributing to the hiring process, including defining job requirements, reviewing resumes, and participating in interviews.
