The role of the Senior Marketing Executive is to work with the Marketing Leader to plan and implement marketing activities that deliver on the marketing strategy, aligned with overall strategic company goals.

Your scopes will be aligned with your line manager, including but not limited to some of the following:

• Develop a Communication Plan with a deep understanding of market dynamics: Market/ category/ Brand trends, competitive position, regulatory landscape, local differences, etc.
• Event management: Plan and organize events such as workshops and webinars for users.
• Effectively project manage assigned marketing campaigns/ advertising strategies–from planning to tracking and reporting.
• Track and measure the performance of marketing efforts using well-known analytic tools. ( GA/ Social Listening..)
• Report to the line manager about the effectiveness of the assigned marketing activities with insight and plan for further improvement.
• Coordinate and support other team members within and outside the Marketing team when needed

• Minimum 3-4 years of in-depth experience in developing and managing marketing activities across channels
• Good communication and writing skills in both Vietnamese and English, with an analytical & strategic planning mindset
• Highly adaptable, collaborative, can learn quickly to come up with prompt solutions
• Demonstrate high standards of work ethics, driven by quality & productivity
• Have a positive can-do attitude, have a keen eye for detail, have initiative, and be proactive in going beyond the call of duty
• Presentation, communication, and behavior skills
• Problem-solving skills
