• Collaborate and directly communicate with the development team to clarify requirements.

• Develop test plans, execute test cases, and generate test summary reports.

• Analyze test results, test metrics, and compile project quality reports.

• Manage progress, test execution results, and track bugs.

• Determine the quality standards for tests in each project and propose improvement solutions.

• Participate in and guide team members in defining test solutions, creating test designs, and specifying test requirements.

• Coordinate with the project leader to align testing schedules, plans, and strategies with the development schedule and company processes.

• Collaborate with the project leader to address progress and quality issues and propose new testing methods to enhance project productivity.

Job Requirements

● MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 3 years of IT testing experience.

• Basic Reading / Writing skills in Japanese (N3)

• Strong technical knowledge of web development methodologies, design, and implementation.

• Proficient in documenting test cases, reporting bugs, and associated documentation.

• Comprehensive understanding of the entire development process, including specification, documentation, and quality assurance.

• Capable of managing multiple assigned tasks with exceptional attention to detail.

• Highly motivated and able to work independently.

• Practical experience in conducting usability, browser compatibility, integration, regression, security, and performance/load/stress tests.

• Hands-on experience in mobile testing and database testing (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).

● NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with search engines (e.g.: Solr, Elastic search).

• Familiarity with a cloud service (AWS, GCP) and a testing in these environments

• Good to have knowledge of creating and executing automation tests.
