Senior/Lead Odoo Developer

• Participate in programming and developing ERP projects using Odoo for clients.
• Engage in technical analysis and solution phases.
• Work with BAs to come up with suitable solutions on Odoo.
• Work as assigned by a team leader/project manager, and collaborate with other teams to develop products.

Requirements:

• At least 4.5 years of experience working with Odoo.
• Good English communication
• Ability to develop/customize a complete module according to business requirements. Thorough understanding of both the front end and back end of Odoo.
• Experience implementing various modules: Accounting, Purchase, Inventory, Promotion, POS, etc.
• Experience in infrastructure, servers, etc.
• Understanding of Agile project implementation process.
• Ability to quickly grasp issues, proactive in work.
• Experience with lead and sub-lead is an advantage
