Senior KOLs Management Executive

– Allocating and following up activities related to KOLs, ensuring all in charged projects are fully operational & processes are running smoothly including planning and executing:

+ Allocate suitable KOLs for the target of each campaign.

+ Support the content production of KOLs: provide information & images, monitor the shooting video and take photo, give feedback and confirm the content.

+ Measure the effectiveness of KOLs/ campaign and do the report

– Build a good relationship with KOLs

– Proactively spotting potential KOLs, new trends by the company’s criteria on platforms: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and other suitable platforms

– Perform paperwork to complete all tasks if need

– Others task from line manager

– At least 2+ years of experience in a similar position and industry.

– Be stable under pressure and have strong sense of urgency.

– Applicants should have strong attention to details with the ability to organize and prioritize client needs in a fast-paced environment

– Result-driven & problem-solving mindset

– Professional verbal and written communications skills in both English & Vietnamese;
