Senior Game Economy Designer (Chinese)

• Design, implement, and optimize game economy systems, including RTP, volatility, hit rate, and payout structures.
• Collaborate with gameplay designers to establish core loops, reward mechanisms, and jackpot frameworks.
• Conduct simulations and analyze player behavior data to guide balance adjustments and improvements.
• Provide support for game certification processes (GLI/BMM) through accurate mathematical modeling and compliant configurations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in numeric or economic design for slot, card, or crash games.
• Proficient in Excel (including macros and probability models); knowledge of Python or SQL is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of player segmentation, risk management, and engagement pacing.
• Excellent logical reasoning and data analysis skills.
• Fluent in using Chinese speaking

• Stable and transparent income: Clear salary & bonus structure, including performance-based bonuses twice a year (average 1–2 months’ salary).
• Daily allowance: 80,000 VND/day for meals and commuting, applied to both probationary and official employees.
• Contract & insurance: One-year contract with a 2-month probation at full salary; social insurance contributions.
• Paid leave: 12 annual leave days; any unused days can be converted to cash.
• Work environment: Central office in District 1, fully equipped with equipment; friendly, open, and supportive company culture.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (90-minute lunch break), Monday to Friday. Flexibility to compensate hours if urgent bug fixes are required after hours.
