• Design and maintain front-end components for a fast, high-performing web application.
• Enhance user interfaces to ensure optimal speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Work closely with back-end teams to integrate APIs and services seamlessly for a crypto trading platform.
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn back-end technologies to effectively manage the full lifecycle of a product or feature when required.
• Develop clean, testable, and reusable front-end code using modern tools and frameworks.
• Guarantee web applications comply with top security and accessibility standards.
• Identify and implement UI/UX enhancements to improve the overall user experience.
• Proactively create internal tools and web applications to address specific business needs.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or a compelling alternative for not having one).
• Minimum 2 years of experience with React (Next.js).
• Experience with Node.js is required, while knowledge of Golang or Rust is an added advantage.
• Proactive in developing tools or internal web applications to address business or operational needs.
• At least 2 years of experience working in startups.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to handle critical web application issues outside standard business hours.
• In-depth knowledge of crypto trading is an added advantage.
