Senior Fullstack Engineer

We‘re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong Computer Science foundation who can own the full product lifecycle - from system architecture to end-user experience. You‘ll help build real-world web and AI-powered platforms, tackling hard problems around performance, scalability, and reliability.

WHAT YOU‘LL DO: 

• Design, build, and operate end-to-end fullstack features (frontend, backend, database, deployment).
• Make sound architectural decisions and technical trade-offs grounded in core CS principles.
• Uphold code quality through reviews, testing, and clear technical documentation.
• Optimize system performance (frontend rendering, API latency, queries, caching).
• Collaborate with product, design, and fellow engineers; mentor junior team members.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on fullstack work.
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals: data structures & algorithms, database internals, networking, concurrency, and system design.
• Frontend: proficient in React and Next.js (SSR/SSG/ISR, App Router, state management, performance tuning).
• Backend: strong in at least one production stack. We prefer NestJS/Node.js, Python, or Rust, but are open to any technology if your fundamentals are solid.
• Solid experience designing RESTful/GraphQL APIs, working with SQL & NoSQL databases, and applying common architectural patterns.
• Comfortable with Git, CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and cloud environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis).
• Practical experience applying AI in real products — integrating LLMs, building RAG pipelines, or working with vector databases.
• Proficiency using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) to boost engineering productivity.
• Experience with 3D web (Three.js/React Three Fiber) or realtime/WebSocket systems.
• Open-source contributions or personal projects that demonstrate technical depth.
• Experience mentoring or leading a small team.
