• Develop and test features or resolve bugs from backlog items.
• Respond promptly to handle incidents when they occur.
• Build and maintain the CI/CD pipeline.
• Participate in Quality Assurance, ensuring good processes, practices, and analysis tools are in place.
• Contribute to developing Non-Functional Requirements (e.g., Performance, Security, Reliability, Maintainability).
• Assist leaders in defining the Technical Backlog.
• Be involved in defining the Roadmap and Risk Management strategies.
• Take responsibility for delivering the team's committed results and support the team in achieving their goals.
• Communicate objectively and effectively with counterparts, leaders, and team members.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members on their work.
• Monitor industry developments and trends to generate ideas for new programs, products, or features.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Web Front-end technologies, including HTML/CSS/JavaScript, with experience in frameworks like NextJS or ReactJS.
• Backend development experience using Node.js, TypeScript, and frameworks such as Nest.js.
• Strong database skills, including:
• Relational databases (e.g., SQL)
• Non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra).
• Ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices.
• Testing skills, including experience with Unit Tests, Integration Tests, User Acceptance Tests, and Automation Regression Tests.
• Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of Programming Principles and Design Patterns.
• A product-focused mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with Cloud architecture/infrastructure, particularly on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies.
• Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
