Senior Fullstack Developer (.Net, ReactJS, Azure)

Job purpose

Design, build and maintain production-grade .NET applications that power the company' internal platforms and client-facing services. You will leverage modern AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) as a daily force multiplier — shipping features faster, raising code quality, and continuously improving how the team builds software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full-stack .NET applications: ASP.NET Core Web APIs ,React front-ends, SQL Server with EF Core.
• Deliver production-grade C# code following SOLID, clean architecture and established design patterns..
• Use AI coding tools effectively — for scaffolding, refactoring, test generation, code review and documentation — with sound judgment about when AI accelerates work and when it doesn't.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps; deploy to Azure App Service / Container Apps.
• Integrate with Azure services: SQL, Storage, Service Bus, Key Vault, Application Insights.
• Write unit and integration tests; maintain coverage, reliability and observability.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions for engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

Job requirement

Essential

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• ≥ 3 years building production full-stack .NET applications (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, EF Core).
• Front-end proficiency in  React + TypeScript.
• Strong SQL Server skills: queries, indexing, EF Core migrations, basic performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Azure (App Service, SQL Database, Storage, App Insights) and Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards).
• Demonstrable daily use of AI coding tools — Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf or equivalent. Candidate should be able to discuss concrete examples of how they use AI in their workflow, where it helps, and where it doesn't.
• Comfortable with prompt engineering for code generation, refactoring and review.
• Strong testing mindset (xUnit / NUnit / integration tests).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; proficient English (spoken & written).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience building or customizing Claude Code skills (SKILL.md), agents/subagents, or MCP servers.
• Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration pipelines (Coder / Reviewer / Test Generator / QA agents).
