• Designing and managing all server-side network components, including optimizing high-load systems with message queues.
• Collaborating closely with front-end developers to integrate components for a Crypto trading platform.
• Building high-performance applications by producing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
• Conducting diagnostic tests, fixing bugs, and delivering technical support.
• Identifying opportunities for process and technology improvements, and implementing effective solutions.
• Developing custom tools to address internal business needs and requirements.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a compelling explanation for not having one.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Node.js developer.
• Knowledge or experience in assessing the advantages and trade-offs of programming languages like Golang or Rust.
• Proactively developing essential tools or internal web applications to meet business or operational needs.
• At least 2 years of experience working in startup environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.
• Willingness to address critical web application issues outside of regular business hours.
• Extensive knowledge of crypto trading is a valuable advantage.
