Senior Frontend Developer (Japan)

• Lead the development of responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
• Work closely with Product Designers to implement pixel-perfect UI components and ensure design consistency.
• Architect and integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and AI services.
• Optimize application performance, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and apply frontend best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and interns, and collaborate with QA teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Drive design system development and make architectural decisions for reusable component libraries.
• Participate in technical planning, code reviews, and architecture discussions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in frontend development, with hands-on expertise using the WebPerformer low-code platform.
• Ability to implement UI using both standard WebPerformer features and custom JavaScript.
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and building UI screens based on API responses.
• Ability to analyze and understand Java-based APIs.
• Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or equivalent, with priority given to candidates with strong listening and speaking skills.
