Senior Digital Production Manager

Client & stakeholder coordination

• Act as the main point of contact for offshore clients and the Regional team on production requests, timelines and deliverables
• Share regular status updates and production reports with clients and stakeholders
• Keep all parties aligned on milestones, approvals and deadlines

Production management

• Manage end-to-end production of digital assets, including creation and localization (banners, social ads, website and e-commerce assets)
• Stay updated on upcoming campaign briefs from clients and the Regional team to prepare production timelines in advance
• Define production scope, requirements and schedules in line with production capacity and agreed SLAs
• Coordinate with designers, developers and video editors so they have the information and time needed to deliver
• Work with the Account Lead to monitor resource allocation across projects
• Track tasks and tickets in project management tools and manage files in the DAM system

Quality & process

• Review deliverables against briefs, brand guidelines and quality standards before delivery
• Monitor production KPIs (on-time delivery, revision rounds, turnaround time)

Required

• 5+ years in digital production management, digital project management or production account management
• At least 2 years in an agency, production house or content production center
• Experience working with offshore or regional clients
• Hands-on experience coordinating designers, developers or video editors to deliver digital assets
• Good understanding of digital asset formats and production processes (social, display, web, e-commerce)
• Proficient in project or ticket management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) and DAM systems
• English fluency in all four skills
• Able to work shifts and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
