• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with service offerings and overall business objectives.
• Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel digital campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across digital touchpoints and continuously improve SEO performance.
• Monitor and analyze website, mobile app, and social media performance, using data-driven insights to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
• Create and manage sales and marketing materials such as company profiles, case studies, blog articles, and other relevant content.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and community stakeholders to strengthen brand presence through marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, incorporating best practices into ongoing strategies.

Budget & Project Management

• Track and manage digital marketing budgets for both internal and external initiatives.
• Ensure effective project planning and execution to maximize outcomes while staying within budget constraints.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within technology, e-commerce, or recruitment-related services.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, brand development, and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to improve marketing performance.
• Hands-on experience with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English within a professional working environment.
