• Lead data science projects as well as provide guidance/mentorship to junior data scientists.
• Participate in the entire lifecycle of data science projects, from problem definition to solution delivery, and maintenance.
• Develop, test, and evaluate data hypotheses, methods, and models using appropriate techniques and tools.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement scalable and robust data pipelines and systems.
• Stay updated on the latest research and trends in data science.
• Analyze client data and business needs to identify opportunities and propose data-driven solutions.
• Communicate and present your findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, and related fields.
• Have at least 5 years as Data Scientist role.
• Having industrial experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Proficient in Python (numpy, pandas, tensorflow/pytorch) and SQL.
• Must have strong knowledge/experience working on the cloud (AWS or Azure or GCP)
• Be fluent in English.
• Be good at communication and presentation: able to communicate with non-tech stakeholders to understand business as well as present technical solutions.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills.
• Be self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
• Must have a strong appreciation for placing business value above technical solution
• Must have a strong foundation of mathematics, statistics
• Must be comfortable studying cutting-edge research and applying them to your own development
• Must have the very good problem-solving skill
• Must believe in growing as a team player

• 05 working days/week (From Monday to Friday), applying flexible working hours
