Critical Accountabilities

• Manage business operations and optimize the covered warrant portfolio to ensure investment efficiency, risk control, and compliance with regulatory requirements within assigned limits.
• Design and implement complex trading strategies, leveraging advanced analytical tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) to support decision-making.
• Work closely with relevant departments to ensure the efficient, timely, and compliant execution of the warrant issuance process.
• Prepare regular reports on business performance, taking accountability for explaining the strategies and outcomes of the warrant portfolio's performance.
• Conduct in-depth research on warrant products, closely monitor market trends, and propose innovative ideas to enhance portfolio performance and optimize profitability.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduated with a degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Preference given to candidates with professional certifications in Analysis, Fund Management, or CFA.

Professional Knowledge:

• At least 3 years of direct experience in managing guaranteed warrant products, proficient in stock trading, market analysis, and decision-making.

Relevant Experience:

• Proficiency in Python programming and advanced data analysis tools.

Required Competencies:

• Cautious personality with knowledge of the stock market and derivative products.
• Proficient in stock trading, with established trading principles.
• Logical thinking, good problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.
