Senior Blockchain Engineer

• Design, develop, and implement new decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts.
• Explore emerging blockchain technologies and create Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for experimentation.
• Take full responsibility for your work as well as contribute to the team's overall success.
• Guide and support junior engineers to enhance their skills, improve efficiency, and maximize their impact.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in developing Solidity smart contracts.
• Over 3 years of experience as a full-stack or backend developer, preferably with Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
• Hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining dApps/smart contracts in production on Ethereum mainnet or L2/sidechains.
• Solid understanding of secure Solidity development practices, particularly for tokens and DeFi protocols.
• Proficiency in JavaScript Ethereum SDKs (e.g., web3.js, ethers.js).
• Familiarity with major Ethereum ERC standards.
• Experience using smart contract development tools and frameworks such as Truffle and Hardhat.
• Strong documentation skills, including writing and maintaining detailed runbooks.
• Knowledge of Go or Rust for systems programming is a plus.
• Passion for blockchain technologies and DeFi protocols.

• Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite per week, 2 days remote (WFH).
