Senior Analog Layout Engineer

• Leading and supervising a team of Custom Layout engineers to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of customer projects.
• Overseeing overall project management, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Providing guidance, training, and mentorship to junior engineers to facilitate their development and enhance project execution.
• Contributing to the improvement of technical documentation processes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Playing a key role in driving the growth and advancement of the Custom Layout practice within the organization.

Required Skills and Experiences:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Analog Mixed Signal / RF layout-design.
• Intermediate English with the ability to communicate at basic level.
• Strong understanding of CMOS fundamentals, IC fabrication, and circuit basics.
• Proficiency in IC layout design flow and familiarity with reliability issues.
• Good exposure to EDA tools such as Virtuoso L/XL, Assura, PVS, and Calibre.

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

• Experience working with finFET technology nodes (16nm & below), preferred.
• Previous experience in team and project management, desired.
