Job Descriptions:

• Genecon/ Subcontractor survey/ Making vendor pool list/ Subcontractor enrollment to system and evaluation;
• POC or Long-term partnership contract with nominated Subcontractors/Vendors/Suppliers;
• Consortium and Subcontracting control (incl. Contract / Progress / Payment, etc.);
• Analyze all Subcontractors/Vendors/Suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing;
• Negotiate with Subcontractors/Vendors/Suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company;
• Manage Subcontractors/Vendors/Suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality;
• Keep updated with market developments and assist in Subcontractors/Vendors/Suppliers development policy;
• Bidding management and submittal to Client (if any);
• Processing of applications of project permits and licenses;
• Preparation of legal documents to be submitted in securing project permits & licenses;
• Manage and oversee the processing of applications for various project licenses and permits; as well as, reviews and ensures conformity and compliance to local laws and ordinances whereby all necessary information is provided on and/or with the application.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of Civil, Environment, Architect, Mechanical, Electrical, etc. or Water/Waste Water/ Infrastructure/Power-plant/Petrochemical/Industry/Green Energy related
• Experience: at least 5 years working in a similar role
• Skills of Procurement and Bidding are required
• Language: Fluent in English (Korean is a plus)
• High responsible, accountable, can work independent & under pressure, willing to learn new things & do new tasks
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the team, cross-functional colleagues, external partners, officials, customers, other city departments, and the general public.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
