Critical Accountabilities

• Portfolio Optimization & Risk Management: Oversee business operations and optimize the covered warrant portfolio to enhance investment efficiency, manage risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Trading Strategy Development: Design and implement advanced trading strategies using analytical tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) to support data-driven decision-making.
• Warrant Issuance & Compliance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless, timely, and compliant execution of the warrant issuance process.
• Performance Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance, providing insights into strategy execution, risk exposure, and profitability.
• Market Research & Innovation: Conduct in-depth research on covered warrants, track market trends, and propose innovative strategies to optimize portfolio performance and maximize returns.

Requirements

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, Fund Management) are highly preferred.

Experience & Expertise

• Minimum 3 years of direct experience managing covered warrant products, with strong expertise in stock trading, market analysis, and strategic decision-making.
• Proficiency in Python and advanced data analysis tools for quantitative research and trading optimization.
