• Promote and uphold Scrum by helping all stakeholders understand its theory, principles, practices, and values.
• Ensure the Scrum framework is implemented effectively and followed correctly.
• Mentor the team on how to apply Scrum principles to deliver value to customers.
• Encourage self-organization within the Scrum team.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Organize Scrum ceremonies and related meetings, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Enable progress without imposing or assigning tasks.
• Support decision-making, discussions, and conflict resolution within the team.
• Help the team identify and eliminate obstacles.
• Offer continuous support to the team using a servant leadership approach.
• Guide the team toward higher levels of Scrum maturity.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to enhance Scrum adoption across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid understanding of Scrum methodologies and artifacts.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Good grasp of software development life cycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, conflict resolution, and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of the technologies the team is using.
• An analytical mindset for problem-solving and removing blockers.
• Strong interpersonal abilities for mentoring, coaching, and building cohesive teams.
• Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
