• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues between SAP and non-SAP systems, including S/4HANA, ECC, BTP applications, SuccessFactor, third-party systems, and external APIs.
• Analyze and resolve system errors, failed messages, performance issues, and connectivity problems.
• Work on incident management, problem management, and service requests to ensure seamless integration operations.
• Develop and deploy new integration flows, enhancements, and updates as per business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with best practices for integration security, error handling, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and other technical teams to understand integration requirements and provide optimal solutions.
• Document integration processes, issue resolutions, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Participate in change management processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations during deployment.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members in SAP CPI support and troubleshooting.

Your skills and experience

• Local Vietnamese candidates with Bachelor’s degree or above
• Strong understanding of SAP CPI and SAP Integration Suite, including iFlows, mappings, adapters, and error handling.
• Hands-on experience in monitoring and troubleshooting CPI integration flows using SAP CPI Web UI, SAP Cloud ALM, or other monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of HTTPS, SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, RFC, and JMS protocols.
• Experience with secure authentication methods such as OAuth, SAML, and certificate-based authentication.
• Basic knowledge of Groovy scripting for CPI transformations and error handling.
• Familiarity with B2B and A2A integration scenarios, including integration with third-party applications and cloud services.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly diagnose and resolve integration issues.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and end-users.
• Ability to work independently in an AMS environment while handling multiple priorities and escalations.
• High fluency of English
