• Offer expert guidance and support on SAP CAR to the project team and clients.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and offer insights for enhancing business processes.
• Work alongside the development team to design, configure, and implement SAP CAR solutions.
• Develop Functional Specifications.
• Deliver training and support to end-users.
• Required CAR Modules: POS DTA, OAA, OSA, UDF.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university.
• At least 8 years as an SAP Functional Consultant or equivalent role.
• Participation in a minimum of 4 full cycle projects or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) is essential.
• Experience in Agile frameworks and the retail industry is advantageous.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Knowledge of Japanese is an added advantage.
