Role Summary
We are looking for an outstanding and all-rounded Sales Operation Executive, who is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the Sales department.
Roles & Responsibilities
Work with the Sales team to prepare and handle property-related documents that are essential for the sales process;
Research and collect market trends to organize them into the database that allows the Sales team to track the client portfolio;
Assessing client and sales trends, feedback, and market movement; consolidate into recommendations for the executive team;
Performing ad hoc analysis for senior management to provide data support for business decisions;
Implement clerk duties and other financial payments plans.
Skills Required
Good command of English (especially in speaking and writing skills)
Detail-oriented, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
Excellence in organizing and communication skills.
Teamwork and collaboration ability.
Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Attention to detail and analytical skill.
English skill: Intermediate.
