Role Summary

  • We are looking for an outstanding and all-rounded Sales Operation Executive, who is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the Sales department.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work with the Sales team to prepare and handle property-related documents that are essential for the sales process;
  • Research and collect market trends to organize them into the database that allows the Sales team to track the client portfolio;
  • Assessing client and sales trends, feedback, and market movement; consolidate into recommendations for the executive team;
  • Performing ad hoc analysis for senior management to provide data support for business decisions;
  • Implement clerk duties and other financial payments plans.

Skills Required

  • Good command of English (especially in speaking and writing skills)
  • Detail-oriented, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellence in organizing and communication skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration ability.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Attention to detail and analytical skill.
  • English skill: Intermediate.
