Sales Manager (Freight forwarding)

- Searching, developing customer sources, promoting marketing activities for the company's freight

forwarding services, including: air and sea freight, forwarding services, domestic and foreign freight;

- Perform customer service. Maintain and establish relationships with customers, Report to managers on quantity, business situation and feedback from customers;

- Provide service and price information by identifying customer requirements, advising customers on the use of the service so that the schedule and quality are suitable for the needs of use and selection of options. most optimal;;

- Support and debt recovery.

- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales or output targets.

- Report the results of the implementation of marketing activities monthly to the Director;

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director;

- Experienced in Air, Ocean & Road freight sales at least 3 - 5 years;

- Assisting management with any assigned special projects and providing backup to the team manager when required;

- Experience in handling cold and dry goods;

- Sharing experience with colleague;

- Reporting directly to superior about Import & Export condition when needed;

- Prepare monthly transaction reports into excel spread sheet for analysis;

- Perform other related duties as assigned;

- Qualification: Graduate from college / university, majoring in foreign trade, economics, sea-air export,…

- Experience required: Having experience in freight forwarding/sea import/export – air import/export is an advantage.
