• Set BtoB alliance strategy with Japanese CEO who has great experience at international finance institutions.
• Approach potential alliance partners and make relationship with Bank, other Insurance companies, IT clients and so on. 
• Recruit sales members and manage them (At beginning we don’t have members)
• Report alliance and sales progress to Japanese CEO

- Must:

• Who has at least 5 years experience of BtoB sales and alliances
• Who has at least 3 years management experience
• Who has at least 3 years experience working at financial institution
• Who can speak English at Business or upper level

- Better:

• Who has experience to work at Insurance company
• Who has experience to work at Japanese or International company
