1) Receiving order from overseas and domestic customers
・Input detail order
・Ordering product to supplier
・Manage, monitoring and adjust shipment..
・Arrange and prepare shipment included booking shipment.(Air, Sea and other)
・Prepare shipping documents. Invoice, Packing list and etc.
2) Coordinate with customer both over sea and domestic
・Manage backlog balance of each customer
・Manage and control forecast from customer.
・Follow and feedback of delivery schedule
・Inform and adjust unforeseen delays or problems
・Control payment received of customer and follow up overdue payment.
3) Coordinate with supplier and other department
・Follow up delivery plan
・Instruct shipment
・Information sharing
・billing
4) General affairs / Internal accounting work / Other
・Petty cash management
・Accounting and documentation work in cooperation with an accounting firm
Work experience: More than 3 years. Export and import experiences are preferred. Work experience at manufacture is advantage.
Education: Bachelor
Age: over 25
