Risk and Compliance Manager

• Being responsible for the development of risk management framework, policies and procedures, ensuring their implementation and monitoring their execution.
• Preventing the company from engaging in potentially illegal or unethical activities.
• Coordinating reviews and assessments of the risks internal controls embedded in the company’s existing policies, procedures and processes, including any compliance matters, for any necessary update, revisions or additions.
• Conducting regular examinations and reviews to assess the effectiveness and compliance of the adopted/committed internal controls over significant risks or activities.
• Delivering  adequate and timely reports on the internal control framework and controls deficiencies to ensure appropriate communication, documentation, escalation to business partners, senior leadership, audit committee, and other supervisory functions.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree required with at least 10 years of experience in audit, risk and controls environments
• Professional designation (CPA or CA) preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of best in class processes and internal control design.
• Strong analytical skills
• Identifies and resolves complex technical, operational and organizational problems; problems are across disciplines; takes a new perspective to identify innovative solutions
• Working knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)
• Working knowledge SAP-ERP system
