Research Manager

- Delivering research projects, particularly in Entertainment & Film industry;

- Research design, such as devising interview and focus group topic guides, questionnaires, qualitative/quantitative surveys and evaluation frameworks;

- Conducting customer/market research/desk research in the local Vietnamese market & international market if needed;

- Establishing a robust mentoring and apprenticeship model within the team;

- Drive a sharper focus on value-add through delivery;

- Managing and delivering a portfolio of research projects to tight deadlines;

- Interrogating and analyzing research datasets;

- Ability to present, explain and interpret data or analysis to non-technical audiences;

- Preparing reports which are both objective and accessible to read;

- Worked with cross-functional stakeholders to share insights to enable business actions such as product prioritization, improved lead generation.

- Minimum bachelor degree - preference in psychology / philosophy / statistics / marketing / economics;

- 8-10 years of relevant working experience in high pace environment Proven industry/market research and problem-solving capabilities;

- Worked at an agency/market research firm before is a plus;

- Actively solving problems and working confidently in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;

- Prioritizing and multitasking, effectively.

- Confident numeracy, written & presentation skills;

- Excellent inter-personal skills;

- Report writing for different audiences;

- Analytical reasoning;

- Consistently customer focused;

- Results orientated;

- Tenacious;

- Genuine appetite for personal learning; - Attention to detail;

- High level of pro-activity, initiative, energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.

- Salary: Negotiate

- Only 40h working/week (Full weekend off)
