National Housing Organization (N.H.O JSC.) was founded in 2012 with a clear goal: to develop and construct homes in Vietnam to support the increasing demands for home ownership. We create optimal and sustainable solutions for housing and aim to be a leader in quality projects in Vietnam.
The combination of local and international experience and expertise enables us to build homes that compliment Vietnamese family culture, while providing higher living standards.
Currently, we are looking for a Project Legal Staff to join our team.
Job Scope(s):
- Follow up project progress, receive and check project legal documents.
- Draft and review Contracts related to project.
- Translate contract and other legal documents.
- Manage legal project dossiers.
- Draft and review the dispatch, the report related to the projects.
- Check the legality of the legal issues arising upon request.
- Meet and work with authorities to obtain project legal licenses
- Research and study about regulations of real estate project development.
- Other works assigned by Project Legal Assistant Manager
Skill Requirement(s):
- Bachelor or Master Degree in law
- Good English communication & writing.
- Good Microsoft Office (word, excel, ppt)
- Good attitude: honest, hard-working, logical thinking, good communication
- At least 1 years of experience in legal in real estate field.
- Experience with law firm or real estate company experience is an added advantage.
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00-17:00
Working location: 13-15A Nguyen Thi Huynh, ward 8, Phu Nhuan district, HCMC.
