About the Role

We're looking for a Principal/Tech Lead/Architect-level Fullstack Engineer who can provide technical leadership, write high-quality code, and shape greenfield and existing products with a pragmatic engineering mindset. You’ll work in a SCRUM team and help drive the success of our engineering efforts end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new product features (greenfield & existing).
• Provide architectural direction and technical mentorship to the team.
• Identify and solve deep technical debt issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and production reliability.
• Ensure system security and enforce secure coding best practices.
• Take ownership across the SDLC, from discovery to delivery to production support.
• Conduct and lead live-coding interviews with an algorithmic focus.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and elevate engineering culture.
• Handle project ownership including logistics, GTM with retail and partnerships.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development.
• At least 4 different team environments, including 2+ SCRUM teams.
• Proven leadership or architectural experience in real-world systems.
• Strong in data structures and algorithms – can comfortably solve algorithmic problems in live-coding tests.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, including:
• NodeJS + ExpressJS
• ReactJS
• Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Experience across full SDLC including development, CI/CD, production maintenance.
• Comfortable working with modern DevOps stack: GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes.
• Strong communication in English (written and verbal).

Strong Pluses

• Passionate about writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Familiar with software design patterns and applying them correctly.
• Experience optimizing complexity in enterprise-level codebases.
• Background in agriculture or personal interest in farming.
