[Expat] R&D Manager (Pharmacy)

• Developing standard procedure of researching, producing Infusion and other products of the new factory.
• Scheduling a timetable and progress of researching, producing Infusions, other products of the factory.
• Drafting SOP for R&D Department, R&D staffs and developing KPI for R&D Department.
• Researching on the drug formulation (Infusion Products)
• Evaluating the stability of the product and the capability of the source of ingredients.
• Other jobs according to the assignment of BOD.

• Education: University graduate or above majoring in Pharmacy.
• Experience: 10 years working in the field of Pharmacy or working in a similar position.
• Language used: English or Japanese (good communication skills, Fair level or higher).
• Priority: foreign candidates currently living in VIETNAM.
• Age: over 35 years old.

• Working time: Mon - Fri (7h30-16h30), 1 hour lunch break (11h30-12h30)
• Full welfare regimes according to the regulations of the State of Vietnam for foreigners, including: social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance 24/24.
• Allowances and Company policies: Lunch, business trip allowance, allowances under the collective labor agreement, periodical health check, vacation travel, team building,
• Work allowance according to separate agreement: house, car, phone, etc
• Bonus: Holidays 3/2,27/2,8/3,30/4 & 1/5, 2/9, Tet holiday..., bonus 13th and 14th month salary depending on the operation situation of the Company
• Evaluate KPI once a quarter, each bonus from 1 to 1.2 months salary depending on performance evaluation.
• Leave regime (12 days off), public holidays according to state regulations.
• Annual salary increase.
