- Being good in designing Test cases which are clear, organized. Identify unclear or inconsistent items in specifications and ask questions to clarify these

- Review and accept the project plan at the start of the project and specifically the milestones and hours for test case writing and testing

- Have a pro active and good work relationship with other team members

- Execute test and analyze/report Test results

- Understanding of working processes

- Ability to design a small project’s testing plan based on requirements

- Bug report will be clear and easy to reproduce

- Have knowledge about the automation test is a plus

- University level

- Good English skills to understand specifications

- General IT knowledge

- Good written communication skills

- A commitment to deliver quality applications
