• Develop and maintain Test Plans, Test Strategies, and Test Cases for both manual and automated testing across client projects.
• Accurately estimate testing effort and overall project workload.
• Establish manual testing processes for diverse products, including web, mobile, and POS systems.
• Participate in project operations to ensure product quality before release.
• Oversee and manage the Test team’s quality and progress.
• Mentor, train, and enhance the skills of team members.
• Act as a primary contact to resolve issues between clients and internal teams.
• Attend and contribute to client meetings.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of API Testing, Database Testing, and Functional Testing.
• 8+ years of experience in QA/Testing roles.
• Proven experience as a QA Lead or QA Manager, managing teams of 10–20 members.
• Proficiency in both Manual and Automation Testing, with solid understanding of testing processes.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience or knowledge of Performance Testing and Automation Testing.

• ISTQB Advanced Level certification is a strong advantage.
