Test Planning and Strategy:

• Create thorough test plans based on product specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers and developers, to establish testing strategies for new features and enhancements.

Test Execution:

• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure the stability of the Web3 social finance product.
• Execute automated and manual test cases, analyze results, and provide detailed issue reports.

Automation:

• Develop, implement, and manage automated test scripts to streamline testing processes.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and work towards increasing overall test coverage.

Collaboration:

• Engage closely with development teams to comprehend product architecture, features, and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues promptly.

Defect Tracking and Reporting:

• Document and monitor defects, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Generate and communicate comprehensive test reports to stakeholders, emphasizing key findings and recommendations.

Continuous Improvement:

• Participate in retrospectives and contribute to process enhancements within the QA team.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in Web3 and social finance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline.
• Have four years or more of experience as a QA Engineer developing sophisticated online apps.
• knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and social finance principles.
• familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Cypress, Truffle, Selenium).
• At least a basic understanding of one programming language (such as Python, JavaScript, or Solidity).
• solid knowledge of blockchain ideas, smart contracts, and Web3 technologies.
• outstanding ability to analyze and solve problems while paying close attention to details.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to function well in a group setting.
