JOB DESCRIPTION

• Mainly support to manage vendors
• Assist in researching potential partners, negotiating, signing contracts, and storing partner information and referrals
• Participate in the process of reconciling vendor costs of monthly projects
• Assist in checking documents monthly and receivable status with Vendor
• Work with Finance & Accounting to perform cross-functional tasks including payment, debt, and document recall
• Related tasks assigned by Line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

• 3rd-or 4th- year students from any fields, prefer to work fulltime
• Intermediate English skill (IELTS 6.0/TOEIC 800 or relevant)
• Good at Microsoft Office
• Good Task management and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and client management skills 
• Prudent, honest, positive
• Eager to learn, can-do spirit and growth mindset
