Mô tả công việc

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Development in Mobile Publishing:

  • Market & Prospect research: identify & secure new business relationships with partners who are Application development teams/companies in demand of commercializing their products or technology 
  • Manage end-to-end Mobile Publishing process, including opportunity origination, proposal development, negotiation, contracting, and product onboarding
  • Partner with internal cross-functional team members to situate the partners for success and drive partners’ growth measured by revenue, profits, downloads,... and other agreed metrics
  • Analyze performance of existing partners and propose solutions when needed
  • Manage the technology acquisition & procurement process
  • Be alerted to the latest industry trends in mobile applications and initiate new ideas to cope with the changes that could have an impact on revenue or profitability

2. People & Team Management:

  • Providing on-the-job coaching to Business Development team members, ensuring the team is well-equipped with all the necessary skills for achieving an effective customer approach
  • Set up suitable and effective Business Development Procedures & Processes with constant improvements & updates to keep up with the business situation
  • Build, Lead and Drive a team of Mobile Publishing Professional

REQUIREMENTS

  • Having experience in take full ownership over business development activities, end to end
  • Having professional experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management; experience in Mobile/IT industry
  • Ambitious and creative professional who desires to exert the impact of your work in the business
  • Excellent negotiator and a strong communicator
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to communicate in other foreign languages is a plus
