- Overall management of operations (residents, customers, tenants, employees, contractors)
- Developing policies, regulations, procedures, and instructions
- Managing, and monitoring to ensure that the security, engineering, infrastructure, and fire protection systems,… be operated efficiently and safely.
- Making regular reports and advising superiors on the operation
- Customer relations, solving customer requests and complaints as soon as possible to achieve satisfaction from the customer.
- Build the annual operating budget
- Other jobs assigned by the Board of Directors
- Male/Female from 27 years old, bachelor’s degree
- Property Manager/Assistant of housing/building projects
- Worked at least 3 years at the latest company
- Have 3-5 years of working experience as Property Manager/ Assistant
- English: Fluent
