Project Manager (Japanese)

• Project management according to company arrangements (key projects).
• Undertake project management tasks: planning, progress monitoring, quality management, and requirements management.
• Control and handle, incidents, risks, and changes in the project.
• Estimate and manage costs of work items (if necessary).
• Responsible for the progress and quality of the project with onsite and customers.
• Responsible for managing project resources: creating motivation, directing development, and evaluating the quality of work of project members.
• Be the main person to work directly with onsite employees, customers, and related departments.
• Other jobs as required.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in project management.
• Able to communicate in Japanese.

Must have:

• Understand and practice good project management (management of requirements, resources, work, time, costs, communication,...).
• Analytical ability, comprehensive problem perspective, and good soft skills.

Nice to have:

• Having participated in project management training courses, having a PMP certificate is an advantage.
• Having experience working in the field of IT outsourcing and having worked with Japanese customers is an advantage.
